Gentlemen!!! As I promised the war horse is back on the road!!! She's still got a few things to sort but generally we are well on the way do if anyone wants to lane I'm up for it

I'm taking a friend out on Saturday for her first time on the lanes, If anyone want's to tag along they're more than welcome. Leaving the Yonderman Cafe on the A623 at Wardlow Mires at 10:10am. Not sorted a route yet but it will be a mix of easy scenic lanes, tight scratchy buggers and a few tricky ones to keep it interesting. Probably finish about 3pm.
Friend's coming as a passenger (gate bitch, but I've not told her that bit yet
) so the first three to reply below make up the group.

Davidsally, I saw a group of orange followed by a silver one near two dales. I got a picture as they went past but haven't been able to upload it yet.

I'm afraid I was working and then spent the rest of the day driving around the country. Insight have to fix a few oil leaks too!!!!

It made me laugh, I saw you all pull in a layby and quite a few people jumped out just as the one at the front set off again making everyone jump back in quick.

Hi folks, are there any plans for a laning event anytime soon? If so I would love to tag along to get some experience on mapping them out and driving them.

Im planning on going out to the Peak District on Sunday 18th September, I will probably be doing the lanes that were in the August Issue of LRO but may do others aswell. This will be my first time out in the area, so if anyone wants to tag along let me know.

sounds good to me... got a few little jobs to do on the 90 today so as long as everything goes well. what sort of time and where?
I'm up in rotherham so mid/late morning would be ideal so we can avoid traffic. is there somewhere around Chesterfield to meet maybe?
