Hi all, I haven’t posted in a while, but have encountered something strange and can’t seem to find anything that relates to this.
The other day when trying to reverse, I put the clutch in when reversing and slowed down as if i was pulling the clutch out in first. It was quite strange but it went away and I thought nothing of it.
Recently it happened when moving in first and dipping the clutch, and then today when trying to roll with the clutch in I couldn’t roll and it made a horrible loud creaking noise.
It’s really strange as I’m sure it doesn’t happen when in neutral, just when the clutch is actually dipped.
Any ideas? The only thing I can think it relates to is the use of low range box recently due to heavy snow. It’s a 300tdi engine in a 1990 LR 90 mounted to LT77. Any comments really appreciated!
