However, saying that you forgot how to drive in low range and paniced and ran into the back end of someone, really doesn't carry as much kudos

Hello, have you found your wedding landy? I have a white Defender 90 (E reg), my husband has done it up, resprayed and with Masai windows. It has a lift kit and big wheels, it looks fantastic! I used it last Saturday for my daughter's old school friend's wedding. She was over the moon as she couldn't find one to hire anywhere. I did it for a favour for her and my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed putting on all the ribbons and bows and driving her to the church and then the bride and groom to the reception. I have tried to attach a photo but am struggling with the downloading bit. If you are interested let me know and I will try and post photos.... Hilandy

Did you get a car sorted? If not then when is the date? I may be able to help and being just south of Nottingham I'm probably not too far away. My 110 is in the garage now having a full respray and new wheels (black not white) and progress on the vehicle can be found in the thread called 'rotten doors your time has come'. do what i did on my wedding i just had a convoy of land rovers made up of mates. Im sure if you advertise it on land rover forums you may find people willing to do it for a few beers and some free piccies of their landies in wedding photos. here is my wedding day. any guesses who i am.......
