Morning. I’m going to go and try that now.Might be some coincidence as it was a quite big job done on it, i say again, if your's doesnt have a fob nor central locking it has no immobiliser so the problem is something else, connect a ground to pin 6 of the starter relay then crank it with the ignition and see if you get any diesel smell on exhaust... a crank sensor signal failure will also not let the ECU open the injectors
My only thought at the moment tho, when the ignition is cranked, surely voltage must pass to pin 6... From the crank live of the ignition? As this completes the circuit... if that’s the case is the Ecu telling the alarm Ecu not to allow that circuit?
Also thinking could it be a bad ground, but I believe I have them all on - fresh galv chassis... main battery, 2 transfer box, bulkhead to chassis strap and loom.
Any others I’ve missed?
Final one... is there a fuse for the alarm Ecu/ where would it be?
