Defender TD5 door inner mounts

hi guys, just replacing the front doors of my 110 TD5 and having painted and put them together I have found that the new doors dont have the lower mounting points for inner door panel. See pictures. I am assuming that they must have changed the design at some point though these doors are correct for a 99 plate vehicle according to the VIN range from the supplier. Too late to send them back and try and find something with the right mounts. So a) does anyone know if you can buy bolt on mounts the same as those on the old door (there are pre threaded holes in all the right places on the new doors. If so who stocks them b) if you cannot buy separate mounts has anyone cut them off the old door and reused them or prefabricated a new mount, if so how did you do it? C) worst case scenario anyone know the part number and supplier for a left and right inner door panel with or without winder mechanism if its the same as and in the same place as the one in the photo.
