Defender rear window seals

Hi all, I am looking to replace the felt seals which have completely degraded. I am sure I have seen a thread for this but can’t find it…..also, can anyone recommend a decent rubber replacement kit which won’t break the bank?

As in to stop the rear slide windows from rattling?
