Sounds like a collapsed wheel bearing, if you have lost drive then you have possibly snapped the halfshaft.
If it has been running like that for some time, which it sounds like it has, there may be a bit of collateral damage, stub axle or brake components.
Either way that is an impressive lack of mechanical sympathy!

Just had a quick look and the bearing is in bits so must have broken and then the halfshaft was worn down due to it being on angle with the wheel
