Defender Oils

Hi.
I have just added a 1999 Defender 110 TD5 to my garage.

I have been searching around for advice on oils, but there are lots of opinions.

Engine oil seems to be 5W30 Fully Synthetic?

Can anyone tell me the types for:

Manual Gearbox
Transfer Box
Front and back differentials

Just to confuse the issue I use ATF fluid in my td5 main gearbox, seems to like it better and its also recommended by Ashcrofts now. But I've used both and as long as theirs some new stuff in there it's all good
