Hi, I have just started the doors on my 110, the aluminium as corroded away from the steel frame, how can I fix this? This photo is the one with the least damage.

I was thinking , maybe if you are not too fuzzy you could try some two pack epoxy to glue the outer back to the door frame, preferably after you have welded the door frame with a new section in it.

New doors are generally very expensive.:(:(

Cheers

Door repair section

Door skin

I recommend YRM for the door repair section, I used them on mine. No idea about the skins from ebay, I haven't used them, but I have seen them after fitting and done properly you can't tell any difference!

What's being fuzzy got to do with it? :p

If you are fuzzy, you could take the skin off, weld new sections in, paint frame, then put a new door skin on. LINKY scroll down the page a bit to the skins.

if you want repair parts to fit perfect first and everytime Y. ou R. eally M. ust use,,,,,,YRM,,,,,,,, ;):p
