defender door on a series

hi anyone put defender door on a series
having probs with sticker plate
had to use long bolts with 2 nuts to pack it out
any better ways

push button type ?striker usually has a plastic spacer block

My series came with a Defender door, i'll see if I still have the bits I took off.
