It's probably because rear doors are not horribly exspensive like fronts so not worth nicking?
Plus rear doors rot quicker than fronts so nicking a rear door means its probably 90% rust anyway.:rolleyes:
 
How does that work? All you need is a screw driver and a couple of spanners.
Spot of weld [on nut/pin] would prevent easy removal.
Mines got cap head stainless steel bolts with the hex filled in and nyloc nuts , hinge pins that is.

I was thinking more to make it harder to get in the vehicle rather than them taking parts. But I suppose there are easier ways in?

Rust is the only thing keeping my back door together ;)
 
You just have to remove one of the rear oval windows and undo the latch, no tools required.
Gaurds would slow them down getting in.
