What type are you after, OE type (steel frame & alloy skin) or galvanised (all steel)?
Plenty of suppliers will sell you the OE type (and a quick look through the various websites and / or Ebay will give you plenty to choose from) but the all steel ones are only available from SP4x4 and as a customer of theirs I can tell you that quality is very hit & miss while customer service is nil.

Call Paintman Panels - their doors seem to get very good reviews https://www.paintmanpanels.co.uk/product-category/defender/

I was also looking at SP 4x4 for door skins and frame repair, Paintman does not appear to do the defender door but I see a wing repair panel I need.
