Defender 90 lt77 Oil leak. PLEASE HELP!!

I would start with the easier options first namely:
Check and if needed replace rocker cover gasket. (use OE/Genuine gasket and tighten bolts well).

2. Check crankcase breather hose. Check condition of hose and tighten jubilee clips firmly.
As stated above the current location of the oil might not be where it originated from.
 
Yes i think it is.. But a garage told me if i change the gaskets i can see leaks again beacuse landrovers all leak, he told me my condition of leaks right now are normal if they gets worse then it will be a off job but if i change everything i might see the leaks again :)because its a LANDROVER.. Any advice?
 
The TB rear seal can be be done without removing much, just the prop and the flange it bolts to. I didn't even jack the 110 up to do it.

But, check the condition of the nylock nut, mine looked ok, but the nylon wasn't gripping, so the seal kept re-leaking, couldn't figure out why the nut was loose every time I took the prop off to check!
