Defender 90 clutch pedal - 1995 200tdi

Hi All

first time on here and already looking for help

clutch pedal went straight to the floor the other day, changed master cylinder and now the pedal is solid

mate of mine says its now time to drop the gearbox as its a problem in there,
any ideas on what this could be?

Unfortunately it sounds like your clutch fork has punched through
