defender 90 1994 oils "what the best to use" ?

Hi
Going to give my defender 90's g-box and t-box a change of oil,
just want to know whats the best type/brand to use

its a 300tdi 1994 90 with almost 116000miles on the clock

I use ATF DexronIII in the gearbox and transfer box, EP90 in the diffs. Autodata deignates MTF94 in boxes but Land Rover use to use ATF until they decided to change it so I have continued to use ATF as its cheaper and easier to get ahold of...

As above, although MTF94 supposedly gives slightly smoother gear change - I started using that last year and it seeemd to make a difference, although I could have dreamt that!
