Here is my 130 Defender Station Wagon, built by Foley Specialist Vehicles.
The chassis is from an ex RAF Regiment Rapier Tractor, either a 'G' reg or a 'K'.The running gear is from a written off 'S' reg TD5 110. The engine has been chipped and intercooled by Jeremy Fearn. It has a GKN Overdrive, Old Man Emu suspension and wheel spacers. As well as going like a rocket, it handles really well and has a 3K Safety Devices Roll Cage (in case I over cook it...)
The bodywork was built by Foley as a Station Wagon and there is Air Con and a night heater. A full length Brownchurch Roof rack has been fitted and is decked to provide a platform for my photography.
All I have done since buying it, is fit two Lightforce lamps to the top (awesome power) and a couple of Hella Jumbos on the bumper (very crap) I also had all the windows rear of the two font door windows tinted to maximum. I also fitted my website logos SVP :: Specialist Vehicle Photography. Further plans are: rear worklights, better lights on the bumper, full chequerplate on the bonnet. Homemade storage module in the rear...
I'm absolutely chuffed with this vehicle, apart from the problems with the throttle spoken about elsewhere on this forum.
