This one, just fit a dog guard and the whole things becomes one big crate. If you need four to separate dogs and have each dog in it own cage I thing you are going to struggle unless you have two across and double decker it as the length is not that usable if yo uneed access to it all.

If not all of the dogs need to be separated you could do a combination. Still fit the dog guard across the bulkhead behind the seat to secure the rear load area. fit two crates across the front end of the laod bed against the bulkhead and have the rest "free" in the back?
Other wise as @flat suggested possible looking at side entry with either fold up sides or the roller shutters seen on some of utilities and a rows of crates along each side facing out.. I am assuming as it is a business it does not matter if it is a permanent fixture and cannot easily be removed.
