Here are some pictures - having trouble uploading the video of the engine and the bottom of the car. What do you think?
Is that all the pictures? I'd like to see the LHS top corner of the bulkhead (beneath the windscreen), the RHS is hidden behind the snorkel. These corners are common rot points.

He's also not shown the rear crossmember. Another place for rot from trapped mud inside.
 
front doors are on way out bottoms look rough from the outside.
Brake pips look new but very poor
engine bay looks a liitle messed about with with mix/match pipes - probs run on a budget. so may have to un foobar bodges.
body has lots of the normal galv corrosion.
if you go look take a hammer and screwdriver with you and hit the chassis all over as it looks by the sea.
lots of rust on inside parts so something to watch.
