Hi
I'm having the good ol problem with my tailgate window. I've seen a possible solution on this website, so I had a go at it.
I've desconect the negative cable on the baterry left it for a while then put it back turn the key and puff the car is now dead. Any ideas what I've done wrong? Thanks

The most obvious thing you've done wrong is to give the sum total of the information as "the car is now dead". If you gave information on why you think the car is "dead", people may be bothered to answer and you might actually get some useful info.

Possibly.
When I connected it back there was a little spark. And when I turn the key heard a click on the baterry area ‍♂️

You may be in a tearing hurry to get your car fixed, but it is a good idea to go to "introduce yourself" and do just that.
Also try to say Please and Thank you, and, yes, we will be bothered to help you!

The click may well be coming from the starter solenoid. Do other electrical things on the car work, like the headlights?
"Dead" has a lot of meanings when it comes to cars.!

Sorry, I did miss the thanks, don't know how.
Anyway, try to see through the anality of some on here. As in life you get all sorts on here. Some are fri gging knowledgeable others not so much, some are more short-tempered than others. Sometimes the anal ones know the most!
It IS the best forum for Landy owners but expect a bit of banter and expect a sh!t load more on Anything Goes!:)
It helps if you try everything peeps suggest unless it seems completely stupid. And then feed back on it.
Good luck!:)

OMG.

At least the Range Rover section would have played a bit longer than 11 posts:eek:

You lot are hard in here I am going:).
