Dead battery now problems P38 diesel

Hi all have had the battery go dead on my car although only a few months old have now replaced with new battery but now nothing seems to work when I try to start the car it says engine immobilised press remote but when I do this nothing seems to happen also doors wont lock with remote or key. Have tried putting code in but nothing happens any ideas would be very much appreciated
 
Make sure the battery is fully charged and try again.Re-read the EKA entry instructions and FOLLOW THEM TO THE LETTER !
So many times I have been called out even by garages for this problem.
Make sure all the doors,tailgate and bonnet are closed before you start.
 
To enter the EKA code you have to make sure everything is closed, and the doors unlocked. Lift each lock by hand, and close the drivers door. Also bonnet MUST be CLOSED.
If the dash shows key code lockout you must wait for that to clear before starting. That can take 30 mins to do so.
Then follow the instructions exact if not it wont work.
 
thanks for replys update is car has locked so am unable to do anything have entered code a number of times religously 4turns left then code right then left then 1 turn right but cant get car open also when car was open interior lights stayed on so had to turn them off when I tried engine it just kept saying engine disabled press remote which did nothing have also changed fob batteries still nothing any ideas on getting into locked car any help would be appreciated as I am now desperate
 
bust the grill or crawl under it and power it via main battery cable to starter with set of jump leads and earth to chassis
 
I think the drivers door should unlock even without power. It sounds as if the lock has gone into super lock. Check threads on here for opening a super .locked door.
 
Many thanks for all your replys and offers of help I have now managed to get into car by taking quarter light glass out and when I tried to start car engine disabled press remote came up I pressed lock button on remote and everything returned to normal to say I am relieved is the understatment of the century. Once again thank you for all your help
