Dashboard warning lights(Amber)

I have a 2001 TD4 Freelander, had a flat battery, after being re-charged i found 3 amber warning lights on the dashboard, TC, ABS and HDC, can the Ecu be reset by an amatuer like myself or does it require a trip to the LandRover dealer? Would the flat battery cause this or is there something more sinister lurking beneath?? Also all of this occured after buying and fitting a Maf and Maf compensator from roverron? Any help much appreciated
