Dash switches

Possibly been asked before but not sure what to actually search for?
I have one of the attached dash parts which has a couple of switches in and some blanks, rear wash wipe etc, none are wired in. I want to start to wire things up to switches but don't know what type of switch they are, where to get connectors to fit the switches, where to buy the switches and what the PIN's are?

Land Rover Switches! Ill be selling my dash switches in a couple weeks when I buy new ones. If you can hold on till then you can have em for cheaps
