Hi,
I have a 94 300 tdi Disco with no instrument panel back lighting including the clock. Also left indicator flashes on the dash on its own yet right one flashes trailer light as well even when the trailer is not connected. Other than these snags I do not seem to have any other probs. Can anyone offer some advice.
 
I Have have a wire in the space under the bonnet nearest the screen and both ends are corroded. Do you think this is my bad earth?
 
Let me know how you get on with this as I have the same problem with the indicators. All my dash lights work fine though.
 
I think (but dont quote me on this) the trailor should only flash when you have something attatched.

on my 96 300 the trailer light flashes once when i indicate right or left which i presume is correct and flashes with indicator arrows when i tow.
