D5 I need softer suspension

I have a D5 2020 commercial type. I find the suspension is vey bumpy even compared to a Fiesta or a VW Golf

A Range Rover came in work ,I tried that and it was much better.
Is there any hidden settings I could change or even buy a icarsoft LR reader that might help adjust?

Range Rover has air suspension maybe and yours has springs?

D5 has air suspension you cannot compare the d5 to a range rover completly different ride experience.
Only thing you can do it try taller tyres but you have a commercial so I doubt you have drug dealer wheels n tyres anyways.

Being a commercial, does it need some weight in it.
My son has a Transit custom exactly the same as mine, it was bouncing around and the ride was not good empty.
Now he has some gear in it, it's the same as mine and much smoother
