Hi there I have a LR4 with a code coming up p169f does anyone know what this means please runs for a few seconds then stops I have changed one mass air flow sensor but still no go any help please
 
LR4 was a US designation - some would say because they are 'challenged' spelling or reading the full 'Discovery 4' name...
P169F is an unused DTC, ignore it, your code reader isn't filtering out codes not applicable to your vehicle.

Ok thank you would you know why it smokes on the passenger side when turning over
 
Any number of reasons, if you want a diagnosis rather than an 'internet best-guess', take it to a competent garage.
