Some more info - this morning, the car started fine but dropped into limp mode during the journey with loads of warning messages (ABS Fault, Stability control not available, EBD Fault, Emergency brake assist not available, Fuel level low, Suspension fault, Engine temperature indication fault, Gearbox fault, HDC not available, Charging system fault, Terrain response special programs not available). Speedo and rev counter reading zero even though I was still driving along.
When I got home, the engine didn't stop when I pressed the stop button. It eventually stopped when I pressed and held it in for a few seconds. After that, the car was dead and would not restart, like in my original message.
Have you had the codes read today after the latest problem?
The main seems okay (12.6v). I didn't know there was another battery - where is it?
I don't have a code reader - what would you recommend?
Thanks
Rotary dial, yes.
It doesn't have stop start. I think that came in a little after I got mine, so I assume I just have the single battery.
