I took a chance and bought a D4 non runner, I am a mechanic not a weekend warrior.
The vehicle starts wont rev and dies out as if it's not getting fuel. I have been through the fuel and air intake systems, I now suspect I may have a blocked catalitic converter which the vehicle has two. Have any of you guys had or heard of this with a D4. I have a Nissan D22 from new and I gave it's cat a hysterectomy about 10 years ago and haven't looked back.
What's it like getting the down pipe off the back of the turbo, anyone done one?d
