Disco 2 D2 TD5 slave cylinder thread

Hi, everyone am in the proces of swaping form automatic to manual transmision, and topic above got me. As I remeber master cylinder line is M12x1 and slave shoud be 7/16. I've purchase Hel line form master to slave and apartentyl this is M12x1

And it bolts to Britpart master

But same bolt fits to slave cylinder too, but it shoud be 7/16 and 7/16 is loose. So it is posible that slave is M12? I've read on forums about M10's and 7/16 or 3/8.

It depends on the brand, most of them are M12x1 but there are 11 or 10x1 too and who knows what thread have those where it's not mentioned... afaik TRW which was the OE is 12x1 but not shown ... https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/oem/ftc5202
