There's a fair bit of wind noise coming from the top of my drivers door when driving at speed. (2000 Disco 2 TD5)
The door seal looks to be in good condition but I can clearly see that the door window frame is not making full contact with the seal toward the top of the window nearest the front windscreen post.
With the door closed, if I exert a little pressure at the top of the window frame there're a few mils of give and everything pushes in slightly.

Is this normal?
Can I adjust anything to pull the top of the frame into the car body a little?
Are the hex bolts on the door sides anything to do with this? - picture below:
I had a search about on here but couldn't find anything that looked like the same issue, please feel free to point me in the right direction if this has been done to death.
