1. FPR and gasket
2. In tank fuel pump
3. Fuel filter
4. Repaired fuel line
5. Injector Harness
6. Injector copper washers and seals.

Anyone got any ideas where to look next?

Thanks Andy

How far are you getting before it cuts out?

thanks for the link and the info. will give it a good dose of looking at 1st thing saturday

previous copper washers totally knackered. New washers totally fine. All ports cleaned prior to fitting. On turning over by hand after washers previously replaced compression was a lot better.

it was a knackered connector at the fuel filter.Thinking the problem may be around the fuel filter area.

cheers for the info ratty will start there 2morrow morning and hope. The connector was replaced

Well replaced fuel filter and air bleed valve, removed fuel pump and cleaned filters, cleaned all fuel filter connectors and fault is still there. Have noticed however the the no return valve on the fuel filter is not there but it was only fitted on certain models. The pump will complete the purge cycle but if the ignition is then switched off you can here the fuel flowing back into the tank so I think that it might be the valve in the fuel pump. Any other ideas gratefully welcomed.:confused:
