If that doesn't work you can climb inside the boot or trunk what you merkins call it, remove the rear door speaker
& door card then pull the catch from inside. Once the door is open its easier to find the fault. Mine had a clip
come off & one of the metal rods fell out.
I already pulled the door card off and manipulated everything I can. I have held the unlock button as high as possible then pulled the inner door handle. Everything has complete free range of movement. No binding anywhere.
I'll try pb blaster, but, again, no binding. The handle moves freely and snaps back after being pulled. Also, how would the outside handle prevent the inside handle from working? Since all you can see is the actuator, I'm working blind.

You need get your hand onto the locking mech its self & pull the metal lug its quite difficult to get to but I have done it
a few times & yes you cant see f all.
If you pay for a flight il come & open it, it might be quicker lol
