D2 rear fold down seats into D1?

I have a D1, with sideways fold down seats in the boot. I noticed the D2 has forward facing seats with 3 point belts. Can I fit these to a d1? If so, is there a suitable place to fix the top of the inertia belt?

You would at least have to swap the boot floor over as the D2 seats lock into the floor

plus I think the brackets are completly different on the sides

plis i don't think there is enough room as the D2 had alonger boot to cope with front facing seats
