4.2 surround sound (auna, 2x12"sub, 1000w amp)
Internal led lighting.
2 extra batteries (inside the car for when I go camping) and a beafy alternator.
One way mirror tint - Blue.
Fibreglass or Aluminium centre console.
Bull Bar.
Sun roof.
Sports steering wheel.
Double din touch stereo player.
3.5v powersource (x4 in bacl, x2 in front).
Ashtray and ciggeret lighter.
Lock cubby box.
re carpeted.
re upholstered (black and blue).
Uk plug power converter (wired to batteries) x2
matt black car wrap.
mettalic blue spray painted checker plate steel pannels
snorkle.
roof cage.
Heavy dutty diamond cut rims (black and silver rims) with wider BF goodrich tyres.
smash underguard.
Bi xenon/Angel eye spot lights on A bar.
Reverseing sensors.
upgraded suspension and brakes.
light cages.
Handbreak and gearstick custom.
CB radio.

I think you've posted on the wrong forum, try googling Chelsea tractor.
And I bet it'll never get used off road.

Err, just a thought, but if you want something luxurious, why not buy something luxurious, instead of a Defender?

Its not so much blingy as clever styling and trust me it will get its fair shair of mud and dents, and im not touching the hardware much, still want the 300tdi engine, but if a mercedies C class can be luxuruis and an ofroader, and twisted defenders can be both, then i want to make my own more affordable style

Im 6'3 but I have fell asleep in a suzuki Jimmny before (admitidaly not my proudiest moment) theres no problem with me falling asleep in a defender, i have been toying with the idea of custom heating systems like the defender winter editions (military) and sound proofing the car, but I can find anything online and i dont know squat of making these things myself.

I've lined mine with a combination of camping mats and acoustic material and others have fitted a night heater from a truck. Do a search of the forum and see what others have done

It was my mates jimny, hes a hoarder, he even collects mcdonalds bags in that car, and with 4 toolboxes in the boot and a car full of people we still slept decently, crick in my neck in the morning mind.
And i will check out the rest of the forum, i was hoping for more of extending the heating pipes so they had outlets in the rear of the car and not just the front.

Lol try that with a Defender and you might get a wisp of lukewarm air. You're better off buying a 12v aftermarket cab heater

300tdi'd aren't the hottest of heaters on tick over let alone with two heater matrices and you'd have to have the engine running all night, better off with a proper gas, electric or diesel one

you're not a 16yo having a wet dream are you?

wake up.. time to go to school jimmy

The reason I wasn't a defender customized is
One - metal body makes it easier to customize, bolt things in ect.
Two - everyone in my family around my age have been through a new car almost every year because they have mony to waste, I would rather have one car and every modification will make it feel like a new car (metaphorically)
Three - I love design, I was going to be an architect but ended up as a mechanical designer, and to me a land rover defender is a blank canvas to be painted, it is one of the most customizable vehicles out there

Personally I really, really like the sound of this, just what a Land Rover Defender should be. But an " ashtray and cigarette lighter "!!! That's a step to far sonny and you'll make no friends round here with them! It sickens me to see a perfectly lovely Defender driving around with it's 'ooh, look at me and my ashtray' fitted! And a ciggie lighter...who d'ya think you are? P Diddy. ( whoever the hell he is? ).
