I'm trying to find another option other than the insa turbo dakar tyres i have on 2 of my wheels, to get another 3.
Anyone using these and can tell me if their any good or not!!

Thanks

I have the cooper st and so far no problems, I've had them 2 years on the disco which is my daily drive as well as off roader, coped well up in the lake district and Handel the plains just fine, also good on the road I'm considering replacing them with the st maxx when there fooked

So what do u class as wrong with the makes i've listed!!!
I'm based around what i can afford also in respect of not wanting to have to go out and buy 5 which is what i would have to do if i want same tread pattern all over including spare by going away from the above or 3 more dakars at £100+ a shot.
If i simply buy 2 completely different patterns which are better i will have 2 different styles on landy, which is what i have now as i have 2x bfg AT's on front and Dakars on rear.
Completely different.

didnt say there was anything wrong with them....

I need a tyre that's good on rd as well as off. Well as good as can be on a budget for now.
But even though at a budget, i need them to be as good a quality as poss for the budget.
I fully intend getting some decent tyres in the new yr, but need to make do right now.

I have the ST MAXX on my 90 and I cannot fault them in anyway, great on road and bloody fantastic off. I've had them for a couple of months now and I'm well chuffed.

"there for girls" kinda says there really not that good, don't ya think!!
I don't mind if there not, just asking reasons why s i can weigh things up.
Any input on the matter is appreciated, good or bad.
That's the reason for asking.
Thanks.

cheers landyman.
this is where i have the problem.
but if i can get an idea from those who have tried the ones i'm considering, or anything else with similar pattern, to match as closely as i can, that would be a great help.
i know some might be better wearing than others so need something to last a while.
