You can them make up your own T-piece with a connector kit (halfords)
You can either get a connector that the insert will fit into and glue it or heat up the insert until really hot and push into a slightly smaller diameter connector for a really snug fit.

Sorry but i got carried away and didn't take a pic of the made up T-piece :doh::doh:

But you get the idea right? :p

After re fitting all the hoses to the plenum (two on the bottom at the left of the air intake for coolant to heat the plenum, one directly above them for the crankcase breather and one on the opposite side which just connects back onto the plenum on the right hand side to the thingy i cant remember the name of right now)

There is a vacuum hose from the top of the plenum which connects to the vacuum advance on the dizzy which needs reconnecting too.

There is also a vacuum hose that connects near the left hand side air intake to a thing that i was calling the "mystery ball". That is to say until i found out it was actually called the "vacuum reservoir" although i shall from now on call it mystery ball :hippie: because im a bit like that. It is a round black ball sitting right by the ignition coil.

After that i connected the LPG injectors back onto the front of the plenum and torqued up the hex head bolts (22-28 Nm).

Connected the four gas hoses on each side .

And plugged the gas injector looms back in.

After this all that was left to do was put new coolant and water in (5 Liters of coolant and 6 liters of water) divided between the radiator, expansion tank, and coolant tower (sticking up on left hand side of engine above rocker cover if you look at my pics i painted it red like the fuel rail).

I had to put the fuel relay back in so i could repressurise the fuel rail and all that was left to do was cross my fingers and turn the key in the ignition..................................................drum roll please................................................................
:D:D:D:D

She started up first time! :5bparty::5bparty::5bdupe::5bdupe::5bsifone: :5bsifone:

Now im going :5bdriving: :5bdriving: :5bdriving: :5bdriving:

Hope this is helpful. If you need to do this job my advice is:

A. DO IT!!

B. Label everything.

C: Take pictures of everything as you label them.

D: Take pictures once you have undone something.

E: Take pictures of the whole engine bay before and during.

These pics really are invaluable you will NOT remember where everything goes!! Unless you are a genius of course in which case label nothing smartypants.

F: If you take out a bolt, get a pot and label the pot.

G: Take a break

H: If you are getting frustrated stop go have a pint :beer2: and go back the next day.

You can do this in a day if you get up early and go to bed late. But i woulds suggest a weekend.

Oh yeah, make sure you have all your parts ready to hand.

Good luck.

Stu.

I hope you remembered to fit the top (fuel rail) 'O' rings on the injectors . . .

A

(Obviously you did, as it started first time - well done!), I hadn't seen post 21 when I wrote this . . .

Addendum (i'll go soon i promise)

I forgot to say.....right at the beginning you will need to depressurise the fuel rail. The fuel rail can hold up to 2.5bar of pressure so if you forget to depressurise it you are going to get sprayed (dangerous)!!!!

To depressurise it get under the driver seat and remove the fuel pump relay. This is the one sitting on the blue terminal block. It is sitting beside main relay which sits on top of a black terminal block. If you happen to be colourblind or are doing this in the dark then its the one on the right hand side if you are looking at it from behind the driver seat looking forward.

After you have removed it and put it somewhere safe (in your labeled pot remember) then turn over the engine. The engine will catch very briefly and die. Do it again just to be sure.

Voila, you have depressurised your fuel rail.

When removing the rail there will still be some fuel in it. Catch with a rag there will be a hundred Ml or so. Plug the fuel hoses with a something (dont use a bolt the threads will allow fuel to flow out).

Bobs yer uncle. :clap2:
