L322 Continuous beep from dash

Hi everyone, strange one earlier, had a loud continuous tone/ beep from dash earlier, first time is happened tried to recreate it but no look, was reversing on drive earlier, put it into reverse park sensors on reversed back, then got the continuous beep from being close to trees, normal parking sensor noise, but also a loud continuous tone from dash that didn’t stop when I pressed park sensors button, even continued after I removed key for a few seconds… as though a module is powering down. Drives fine and everything seems to work, checked lights, air suspension, park sensors etc all seems fine so just wondering if anyone has had a similar noise? Cheers

Forgot to say it’s a 2006 4.2sc, so cross over bmw/ Ford years.

Hard to tell, to me it was more dash centre/ instrument pack, know that duct goes up to fan in the main electrical box, I had it with my td6 like a chirp noise and that came from that way from the fan in the box, this is like a higher pitch park sensor.

Could be a light bulb reversing

just to the left of the foot well light is a grill with a buzz/sounder above it makes funny noises when the connecter corrodes
