Evening all, after a crap turn of events @ work involving loosing my company car and having to make my own way in from January I think I'm going to have to sell my much loved range :argue: not a happy camper!!! The thought of selling it makes my stomach churn but let's face it, it's not an everyday economical car. I don't really no what ££ to ask for it so abit of advice would be much appreciated

It's a 4.6 v8 vogue 89000 (just under) years mot 6 months tax 4 new tyres (£700) nice and clean but does have the odd ding. Part LR service history and loads of paperwork of parts replaced.

Cheers stu

Stick it on ebay and see what it sells for.. Or buy a used car price guide. There is no point asking people on a landy forum what a landy is worth. Those thinking of selling theirs, will tell you it's worth loads. Those looking to buy 1 like yours, will tell you it's worthless.

That is an every day car, I do at least 40 miles a day (if I only got to work and home it is 40, but that is a rarity) in my P38. Fuel bill is around £50ish a week, but I'd rather spend that than drive some ****box. But if you must sell, a clean example goes up for around 4 to 5, however few of those ever sell in a hurry. They just don' attract that sort of interest when for a few grand more you can get an early L322.

3 maybe 3 and a half would be achievable.

I'd be happy with 3500 we'll not happy but you no what I mean. Yeah I thought they do take a while to sell. Finding someone with deep pockets lol I will try it with work but if it get too expensive then I'll pop her up for sale!

Wow looks a very nice clean and well maintained example. I'd consider it as low mileage because you find very few under £100k these days so I'd say around 4k mark.
If you are going to have to purchase a more economic car then have you considered installing LPG, depending on what you intend to replace it with, it would be cheaper and you get the keep the vehicle you love.

I'd get some pictures that aren't taken in access mode as that looks like it has an EAS fault.. assuming it doesn't have an EAS fault :p
Otherwise, just make sure that everything on it works, then you should get some good interest from people on test drives :)

170k and 3 (three) engines? That is a crap engine. I'm on 190k and still original engine.

What the hell, new engine every 60k or something? Shocking design, I can see why Buick mothballed the block.
