Try as i might, I've tried to get my head round how offset is calculated and ended up confusing myself even more, I'm no mechanic so stick with me on this one. The problem is I have a 90 with lifted suspension on boost alloys (bought it like that) and the back of the tire rubs on the 'radius arm?' when full lock is applied :( I don't want to put wheel spacers on, but i'm pretty sure that offset wheels would eliminate the problem, I think that there is enough room under there to accept offset wheels since i plan to keep with 235/85R16 AT tires. Question is, what size offset will have a similar affect as 25-30mm spacers. Am I looking at somewhere close to ET08? :whoosh: Like i say, i think i've confused myself.

I kinda want to have as good a turning circle as possible rather than just alter the stop locks

Why not spacers? you can get a set second hand around a £100, cheaper than buying new rims and getting tyres changed over.
After reading articles online, scouring forums and talking to folk who have used spacers and experienced issues, I'm gonna opt for the offset wheels and probably a new set of BF Goodrich at the same time instead of spacers. (Cost can be offset by selling my current wheels after). I don't want this thread to turn into a pros and cons of offsets vs spacers, just want to know what is the equivalent wheel offset to a spacer of around 25-30mm

A quick google search suggests boosts are ET33. To move the wheels out buy 30mm you'd be looking for wheels with an ET3.

Could be wrong.... But its not too difficult to google.
