:confused:Hi everyone. Not really Landy stuff but just wondered if anyone knows where i can obtain a small length of white flexible plastic electrical conduit of 50mm and above diameter. The smaller stuff (30mm) is easy to get hold of, but cant seem any sensibly priced in 50mm. I only need about 3m in length. Cheers Mark

city electric factors cut it off the roll usualy , or if yer come across a site where thers eleccys nstalling three phase ask them fer a bit ;)

As a spark of 15 years, I can honestly say I gave never seen 50mm flexible conduit. Or 30mm for that matter. Good luck with that, and forget CEF. They struggle to provide the most common items let alone stuff like this. ( copex is the most commonly used brand name so try searching that? )

i use black 20mm conduit the GET stuff, and all the fittings, they do a flex version but its also 20mm

ere if yer after 50 mm , get a 45mm flex waste off a plumbers merchants ;)

You will probably need to contact a supplier to the civil engineering or electrical distribution industry for something that size. It is the type of thing used for heavy electric cables, though more often than not at that diameter the cable would either be laid directly into the ground or rigid ducts (drain pipe) would be used.

Just a thought, does it have to be waterproof? If not use the coiled land drains which should be available from the likes of TP and Jewsons etc.
