In my counrty we have only 6 range Rover model 1998 and we dont have any dear. My RR devope a problem whenever i park in the eveinig i could hear i hessing noise near my from tyre recent the car could take about 20min to height the this few days the devope a massege of EAS FAULTY and the front part is down to the bamper but the rear part is the normal position somebody informed my that is is the airbags which i replaced both front and i was informed that i have to unlock it by a sofware which i downloaded from the net made the cable,but before i carry out unlocking i would like to make a loop to check weather it could rise by connecting 1 and 8 (c117) but the if a touch the compressor it vibrate and few secount geting warm and i dont see the risssing of the car after about 1 min of making the loop is the compressor dead???????

you have a worn compressor seal and or airbag (air spring) which is causing the EAS to shut down.
Seal avaliable on ebay and it has been recommended to super glue it on
You will need to repair the fault- then EAS unlock software/EAS kicker or dealer reset

I eat once a day too, normally an evening meal, sometimes I even eat a yogurt for breakfast

2:this forum is si helpfull and good sumaritant send me the used complete EAS compessor from Nairobi just so the FEDEX pple bought me a compressor today i will do any work untill i fix it and will sent you the result am so happy even could not belive myself
