Help!!!!!
Recently my 2001 P38 has been completely shutting down, I get in the vehicle try ignition NOTHING? I try the key fob snyc procedure NOTHING I can go back to the car 10 minutes later and it starts 1st time.
Windows sunroof and radio all want resetting
Does the internal mirror have a motion detector that could be faulty?

I would check the battery connections, the main cable to the starter motor, the connection to the fuse board and of course the earth connections, particularly engine to chassis.

Sound like you have a intermittent power loss.

+1^^^^^ Also the main battery cables corrode away inside the plastic.

With the complete shutdown there is nothing on the dash message, of late prior to the couple of occasions in the last few days when it has been a complete shutdown, I was getting a message saying the key fob was out of sync. I am based in Manchester
