at night you get the LR logo projected on the roads as you drive along

Was a guy that did that on youtube
Cant find the video how but he put the transformers logo in the front bumper shining on the road about 3 feet infront of him
Not sure on the legality of that
I know with neons thay have yo be fitted so that you cant directly see the source of the light
but that might have changed its been about 10years since ive had neons lol
