Hi there guy's - am new to the forum - so here is my first question. Am working on a 90 project - soft top - 2 inch lift with - wheels are black - havent bought bumpers yet - But it is becoming quite a debate about what colour is should be?? Its a 5.0 V8 petrol from a TVR - so I want it to stand out. But which colour - What is the coulour of you dream 90???

Surely it depends what you plan for the vehicle. As a road-based bling machine, in which case a sparkly candy finish.
I've always wanted a vehicle in the very deep maroon (near black) you used to find the lower half of old Daimlers. But not practical if you're going off-roading.
Otherwise a bright yellow with black canvas.

Pink with purple arches that way it does 2 things.

Yeah but Tangiers Orange mean either it's a genuine G4 truck (which is OK), or it's owned by one of life's failures.

Dont paint it Tangiers Orange, as has already been said, you will look like you're trying to make your defender look like a G4 model, which it obviously isn't.
How about Bali Blue Metallic, as seen on the new RRS and on Lara I believe.

Hi guys, thanks so much for all your input - have been in hospital taking delivery of my first born (boy)! So back to the project - that cosworth blue is awesome!!! But i still like tangeres / Vesuvius orange;-) will talk to the body shop about the cost implications etc as i know some coloour are more expensive
