When were you last here?!I've seen a few series and the odd series 1 when I've been knocking around North Norfolk. Usually sat in fields or by the little harbours. Could be worth a day out to look as alot are just sat there and an offer might be gratefully accepted. Mike

To be fair the confusion is understandable........................... with all the recent publicity the media have been referring to ALL Land Rovers as Defenders - no doubt at the insistence of JLR - which led to some very amusing coverage of 1950's "Defenders" - no way would JLR want global coverage stating the "Land Rover" had gone out of production....................... for those not in the know ALL traditional shape Land Rovers [Series 1 through to final Defender] will for ever be known as "Defenders" - Mr Wilkes will never stop spinning.........................four new (post 2000) defenders in the company , I came on here to learn more as the owner of company would like a series1, not trying to get anyones back up ,
I owny 2013 maroon 90 defender, being farmers we just thought it would be good to know more and this has sparked up my bosses interest he has always wanted to own a few, he is the money man so I thought I would ask what people who know what they are talking about would collect out of curiosity , to understand more
November, I do tend to be off the beaten track though. Used to be loads up here in Yorkshire also, but they've steadily disappeared over the last decade. When were you last here?!
thank you for the welcome. I have been looking at alot of rot buckets, which I expected we have 4 in total, but still cant find the illusive series 1 pre 1950 Defender
