That's the ones.
The double claw makes them stable, last thing you want is for them to slip when the spring is compressed.
Once happens to me with a home made set on a Renault 12 nearly took my head off.
Me too. I think I told the story on here.
I'd never use the single hook type again, and rather than buy a different set would nip to a local garage and do it in their far safer contained device.
