I seem to have Clutch slip but Could it be a Faulty VCU ? It only slips when warmed up and not when the Vehicle is cold ?

If the vcu is tight it will cause more strain on the drive train. But it generally won't cause the clutch to slip.

You could test the vcu with the "one wheel up test" as described on ere may times, to get an indication of what it's doing. As above I don't think it's the vcu causing yer clutch to slip. What miles have you done since the clutch was last replaced? Is this a fault that's started or has it done it for a while.
