Clutch Master Cylinder

A little confused, my Landy Mech wants a new Clutch Master Cylinder and I see there is an OEM type and a Pattern Type, whats the difference between both? Saw the same even for the slave cylinder too.

I have a 2.5NA 110. Also he wants a front hub packing kit, Brake booster & Nozzle O rings, any help will be appreciated with part numbers.

Go for the OEM part if you can afford it, there IS a difference - it will last longer.

Our local Landy shop won't stock the Britpart ones of these because they are rubbish and kept coming back.

Make sure you replace both cylinders master and slave, with originals of course... or you can expect a leaking slave cylinder soon as it can't cope up with the pressure of a new master cylinder.
