Clutch Issues

Morning All, apologies if this has been raised but i cant find anything. Changed the clutch on my 200tdi on Friday, all went well, driving around no problems clutch felt spot on. However when i came to use her on Sunday the clutch pedal was just limp with no resistance, after a few pumps all was well again. Went to wakefield (60 miles) last night to treat her to some new boots and one by one started loosing gears until i had nothing - pedal felt fine maybe a little stiff if anything. AA bought me home and when i went to maneuver her into parking spot she went in gear with a little crunch but went in all the same - Any ideas please ?????

Have you got any air in the system (favourite)?

Did you check the condition of the clutch lever before you put it all back together again?

Is the pedal return spring OK?

System has been bled so no air to the best of my knowledge, everything looked ok when it went back together - could it be a fluid issue as from what i can gather its refusing to go in gear when its hot (not 100%) but a possibility ?

If the pedal was limp and then became stiff after a few pumps could you have had air in and pumping it has forced the air out? I know you said you've bled it but what's the possibility of a leak somewhere

Did you just change the clutch or did you change either of the cylinders?

just the clutch, cylinders are next on the list to look at
