Clunking front suspension

The clunk when i turn right or go over lump in the road is still there 9 weeks later and £220 poorer,i have had the diff looked at and no problem,
the clunk over 2 or 3 days becomes a clunking and i will jump in the RR the next day and no clunk and nothing for 3 or 4 days then we start all over again.
Please any thoughts
