Clunk when turning

Advice please.
This morning I noticed a dull clunk when I was turning left! Could someone give me a few ideas of what it could be?
It doesn't happen all the time and didn't happen when turning right!

Could be a Constant Velocity joint on its way out.

Cheers, are cv joints easy to do and do I have to do both sides?
